    Disappointing accommodation but great location

    The owner said because we booked with booking.com and you take extra charges they could not provide us with breakfast. Although we had asked NOT to have ground floor room when we booked we had been given a small ground floor room with windows facing a path and rd with people passing directly by the window!!!! Didn’t feel very private and the window was not locked!!! Room was Cold and felt damp, noisy electric storage heater storage that was clicking constantly

    Great staff, very comfy bed! Breakfast smelled amazing.

    The staff were excellent, they were so welcoming and friendly and they really helped us with checking when we were staying after a nearby wedding. Bed was really comfy and the room had everything we needed, nice shower and teas coffees too.

    Only thing was the drains in the bathroom had a bit of a bad smell but wasn’t an issue.

    Great location, lovely host

    The location for what I needed was excellent

    The noise, I could hear the people above me go to the toilet, flush the toilet and then walking around and the alarm going off really early Sunday morning, being on street level I could hear every single person who talked as they walked past
