    Wonderful week at The Cross Hotel, Roma.

    The hotel is beautiful, both inside and outside. Each member of staff we met was most friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was lovely, really clean, very quiet, high ceiling, great air conditioning. The breakfast has excellent variety and is very good value for money. There are several really nice restaurants and cafés within a short walking distance. It's near the Manzoni Metro and tram services.

    Everything was excellent. Absolutely faultless.

    Very good 3 star hotel. I'm absolutely happy with experience

    very helpful, friendly and pleasent staff

    they don't put a new bottles of water in room during cleaning. It's need to order from reception or bar.
