    Love love love The Crown Hotel

    Checked out today after a one night stay. Wish it could have been longer. Loved The Crown Hotel. So individual... refreshing change from the run of the mill corporate usual (yawn). Great how the history of the buildimg is respected and celebrated. Location was excellent with very secure parking. Wish we had time to explore the lovely town. Room was cosy and comfy and pool area was a fantastic bonus including in price. We had dinner and breakfast .... food was fantastic 😋. All staff we met were brilliant ... so friendly. Special shout out to Fiona in the restaurant. She is gem (really helpful and chatty) and made us so welcome . Thank you to all. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to others .

    Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We ate at the hotel in the evening and the food and service was also very good.

    I was looking forward to a swim before breakfast but the leisure facilities were closed, which was disappointing.

    Very nice comfortable hotel with excellent food

    Lovely cosy hotel. Standard room was nice comfortable beds and nice bathroom

    Nothing really, tbougjt the coffee bar was expensive and not a lot of choice
