    Exceptional Hotel and Proprieters.

    Welcoming Hosts. Exceptional breakfast one of the best I’ve ever had. Great Bar. Very clean. Great rooms. Near transport stop and Promenade. Parking spaces.

    The owners are super friendly, helpful and attentive and a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was very good too.

    So we was at a wedding at Blackpool and found this little gem of a place . I say gem because that is exactly what it is .. Steve and Jane are the most welcoming politist loveliest couple you could ever meet. We was made to feel relaxed and welcome instantly. The rooms are very clean and well presented plenty of coffee tea and milk hot choclate etc ... Their full english breakfast is an absolute worldie also cereal choices also . We would recommend you try this place its the north side of Blackpool but taxis are rapid if you are heading into the centre or south shore or a tram if suits. Me and my wife Julia would like to thank Steve and Jane for a warm welcoming experience and we will be back in the future so thankyou
