    A great place to escape to for a relaxing break.

    Friendly and welcoming hosts. Beautiful location and property ideal for a relaxing stay in the country. Our dog (Meg) enjoyed her doggy bag in arrival and the warm log fire in the evening.

    Nothing. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

    A home from home relaxing barn.

    Beautiful barn in peaceful village with lovely views from the balcony. Spotlessly clean and friendly hosts. Within easy drive to Matlock and Bakewell.

    A very relaxing stay.

    Cruck barn is a gem; Hilary and Gary were excellent hosts, providing a wealth of local information and special treats! All this resulted in a very relaxing stay. We would certainly recommend and look to return in the future.

    Exceptional location, very neat and tidy and with a number of examples of greater than average thought being given to the minor details to ensure comfort. Cannot fault it at all and I especially loved the balcony overlooking some fantastic scenery in the distance!
