    A wonderful stay: hosts, location, room and complementary breakfast.

    Great hosts.. so friendly and obliging. Wonderful location. The Standard Single room was spacious, with a sea view, with lots of storage for clothes etc. The offstreet parking was a real bonus. The breakfast was a treat with lots of choice and within the menu could be tailored to your exact preference. As I was leaving for an early ferry, coffee, toast and cereal were prepared before their normal breakfast time for me and a hot takeaway pack was provided. When next at Shanklin, I will definitely be returning.

    Ideally situated and home comforts.

    Ideally situated for beach and town and buses,a friendly and comfortable guest house. I particularly liked breakfast served to you rather than self service as in big hotels. Hosts friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

    The location was fantastic a short walk to the beach

    The steps up to the front door is dark at night, more sensor lights on the steps needed. We had to use the light on our phone so we wouldn't trip
