Happy short stay
An easy walk down to the beach or into the town. Wonderful view of the South beach as you leave the property. Clean and furniture both comfortable and in very good condition. Booked at very short notice and missed comment that it is a basement flat, so the windows are below ground level. My bad. Standard of accommodation and view when going in and out eased my pain.🙂
First time I have experienced a bathroom extractor fan that blows cold air in from the outside... Moud in bathroom grouting relatively minor. Rest of bathroom very clean.

We liked the location,but we were in a basement with view of a wall.There was no ventilation, Just a fan.If we opened the windows we were invaded by fly's,as the refuge bins were just above us.On arrival when coming out of the lift,there was an overwhelming smell of either cat wee,or spray.My daughter had to purchase a neck fan for me as I suffer with COPD and found it difficult too sleep at night because of lack of ventilation.As for how were the staff, there weren't any,we didn't see anyone connected to the Cwtch.Looking at the advertised picture was very misleading.It looked like a lovely hotel with sea views not a sublet basement with apartments As for value,we got talking to different holiday makers and were told we were ripped off.We were taken to the Belvedere Hotel by one couple,who showed what they had for their money.We were shocked at how much they paid,for the facilities available to them and a sea views according to what we'd payed,for a cellar. So all in all we were very disappointed with our lot.And definitely wil notl be booking again.Regards. PS we have been going to Tenby for 40 odd year's and have never experienced anything like it,not even in our camping year's.
