    It was a nice stay at a resonable price other than the bedroom issues above

    Location all employees were friendly and casino area were very nice

    The bed was rock hard. Dirty corners in the bathroom . Very basic room.

    No clear direction

    The location, the cleanliness and the value for the money.

    The fact that the day we arrived the elevators wasn’t working only the service elevators and we had to wait in a long line and it took over 20 minutes after a long drive. They finally got them working and the security guards were super accommodating at being helpful.Supposedly we could go down but I waited and still had to use the stairs in some instances.

    hotel was fine. kudos on the excellent

    great breakfast and room was fine.

    i asked for a quiet room. instead i got one facing the "fremont street experience". horribly noisy all night.

    Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful.

    First night the elevators were down and we were on the 25th floor. It was a huge inconvenience and something complementary would have been nice, or a discount off our room.
