    Charming place -you can really relax. Read the description of stairs to check you can handle it.

    Super clean and so well designed. A comfy bed. lovely fluffy towels and excellent shower. amazingly well equipped kitchen. a super outdoor area. quiet, wonderful location in Devon. Loved it. and scones, jam and cream on arrival - wow

    the property is wonderful, a small gem, we loved it. squeaky clean. However, I think it would be best to stress the vertical ladder up to the bedroom area. I have rather weak fingers and I thought it was scary. - I did slip at one point and felt vulnerable to a fall that I just don't want - we evolved a system of standing half way up the ladder and passing things up to the top, because carrying stuff up the stairs was impossible, eg, phone, bag, etc. We kept our clothes etc downstairs. And no chance of tea in bed. I know it cant be helped. It's a lovely place; we suggest extra hand grips on the ladder please. eg horizontal bars, or, rubber or something, on the wood.

    The place was absolutely amazing... a lovely spot to be in... really nice touch with scones on arrival with cream and jam definitely will return 😀 😃
