Good location for Donnington race track and the airport, clean, safe property

Stayed at the property whilst working at the airport. Good value for money and a short drive to the airport (may be a bus service available for the journey to the airport. Host very helpful and attentive. Kitchen well stocked with utensils.

We did stay during the heatwave so some fans would have been useful in the rooms as a bonus. The back bedroom was close to a pub garden so some earplugs maybe advisable if you have an early start and the windows are open (wasn't particularly rowdy so not an issue)

Fully met our requirements, felt at home there.

Exceeded expectations. We are fussy about cleanliness and we were impressed with the standard set by our hosts. The Dakota provided a comfortable base for us and we would certainly stay there again if we have need to..We were very happy, completely satisfied!

We cannot think of anything that would have improved on our stay. Very satisfied customers. We would happily stay there again.

Reasonable property, appalling agency managing it

    2 en suite bedrooms

The agency handling the property were appalling - TiiGO. Jobsworth beyond belief. Extremely intrusive, bureaucratic time consuming and unnecessary checking of credentials and taking of security before releasing the door code. When one has been using Booking.com for years, it is frankly insulting to be required to give all this information as well as a complete waste of time. I would not use a property managed by TiiGO again
