    It’s okay

    It’s very nice

    That they charge me $400 and then ask for a bonding fee on that has never happened before never got notified. Never got my refund so I basically got rolled for my money.

    Enjoyable and great view.

    Spacious, modern, good location.

    Furniture was a bit stained, elevator from room to car park. Working out washing and drying of clothes

    Top facilities & if staying in Townsville would definitely recommend

    The size of the apartment was amazing. The facilities were great. Easy location to get around

    The cannabis smoke coming from an apartment adjacent to 804 in the evenings

    Great size apartment with great views. Spacious and full kitchen provided.

    The car park is in a separate building and you need to go up and down elevators and through doors several times using a fob. Hard when you have luggage or bags to carry. No WiFi in the building. Don't remember seeing this would not be available.
