    Good option close to restaurants, theatre and walking/biking trails.

    Clean and fresh.

    Some of the furniture could be upgraded.

    It was just okay.

    Location was okay..central to drive to different towns within PEC.

    House looked a lot better in the pictures. Walls were dirty, puckered and worn, so was carpet. Air circulation and heating was strange..Bathroom wasn't very clean, especially since you pay a big cleaning fee..

    Exceptional

    The location in Picton is wonderful. It is very close to the main hub of town. We had a great walk to a restaurant for dinner. The house is lovely, comfortable and very clean. The outdoor area is spacious and offers two spaces, one for dinning and one for relaxing.
