The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice and the staff was accommodating and friendly. They even put us in the townhouses which were away from the noise on the streets.

    Never again

Bar staff at reception lovely and professional Staff in Sophie’s lovely also

That I had to exit the hotel and walk a few meters on the street to go in another door , should of been told this on booking , Door man on Saturday night was impatient and didn’t like people that were staying in the hotel having a drink at the bar at reception, sent people up to the restaurant Sophie’s knowing it was closed . Also if you’re driving they have no parking at the hotel , have to park in St.Stephen’s green car park , so you need to know your way around Dublin . On their check out email , you cannot email the general manager , link doesn’t work

    Never Ever Again

    Location

Booked James suite was grubby, lots of things damaged, stains on furniture, carpets and worst of all the mattress.Hotel is not cleaned and maintained properly Not advised about noise from nite club until they have taken payment day before and let you kinda know on check in.. The volume was unacceptable and no soundproofing on back window facing niteclub .Should be adult only as not suitable for children who found a condom on the goodie tray !!

    Delightful setting and comfortable room

Friendly atmosphere, great location to access city centre, comfortable bed, strong shower, appealing decor, quality of fixtures and fittings, great breakfast in the rooftop cafe.

Lack of storage/hanging space, but I understand it's part of the simplicity of the design and small/mid-size room.
