    Both Sara and Kevin made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much. The breakfast was excellent and the service can't be faulted.

    A cracking well-run guest house complemented by great personal service from the hosts.

    Situated in a quiet location in a residential area and only a minute's walk from the seafront, and with off-street parking. A nice clean room and en-suite with all the usual facilities, and serviced every day. A great breakfast cooked to order. Sara and Kevin are a lovely amiable couple and the perfect hosts.

    We were happy with our choice of accommodation and the helpful owners.

    Brilliant breakfast every morning! Towels excellent! Bed comfy and a good size! Owners/staff very helpful and cheery at all times! In fact all the other residents were also chatty and friendly!

    Rooms were upstairs ( We all have difficulties in walking ) The shower cubicle was very small as we both have balance issues at our age.

    Comfortable, good food, friendly and obliging owners with a wealth of local knowledge

    Well placed for access to centre of Sandown, as well as beach, shops and seafront restaurants. Good parking off road. Has a bar and customer lounge available, both being comfortable spaces.

    Overall a very good stay we will stay there again very pleased

    Breakfast and location excellent owners very friendly bedroom very clean and tidy room service great en-suite tiny very difficult to enter and leave shower but I am 6.2 so above average shampoo and shower gel renewed every day
