    Fabulous!

Wonderful experience! Colle tour of SCAD with my daughter. Perfect location for both SCAD locations and historical interest. Hotel is elegant, staff are wonderful. Room was great, beds comfortable. Room near elevator but wasn’t bothered by that. A/C was perfect, we visited during a heat wave and I had to adjust room temp up a few times, it was so efficient. Would have liked a trashcan in bathroom and larger one in room but those were the only complaints. The staff, the staff, the staff. Mimi at front desk, delightful and so helpful. Bar staff were phenomenal. Regulars at bar from the area (1 or 2) a night, and the vibe of the bar was friendly and welcoming. Door staff superb. Greater every time coming in or out. I will absolutely return.

Great Location. Nice Rooms. Not Built For Electronics

The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was acceptable, just a little outdated. The main issue I had was with the outlets. There are no outlets by the bed to charge electronics. Everyone uses their phones/tablets/laptops/etc. differently, but in 2026 there should be options for charging electronics by the bed.

    Uncomfortable water

The water was extremely hot or cold there never a middle ground. My kids had to take cold showers.
