    G and Ali weekend stay to explore the Gower

    Very cosy hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable and a good size. Really liked our stay. Would defo go back. Loved the complimentory bottled water. Food was excellent in the restaurant.

    Not enough people in the restaurant - a little void of atmosphere.

    Awful, jumping insects in the bed.

    Nothing. I booked this short break at a 4 star hotel and spa as a surprise for my partner who had suffered a sad loss. The experience was awful and upsetting for her and extremely embarrassing for me.

    Unprotected hot surfaces in the sauna. Handrails into jacuzzi insecure and unsafe. Unacceptably slippery surfaces around the pool area. Jumping insects in the bed (two videos available, your form will not allow video uploads). Stains on the mattress cover, multiple stains on the mattress (see photos). Hair on the shower floor (see photo). Shower scruffy (see photo). Inspection cover next to jacuzzi covered in rust. Brown marks around the top of the steps in the swimming pool. Brown marks on the bottom of the furniture between the pool and the jacuzzi. Water tap handle in the spa shower covered in rust. No drinking glasses available at the water station. A member of staff passed us two heavily stained hard plastic glasses with his dirty fingers inside them! Offered another room, on entry to this room it smelt of sewerage and mould.
