    Good,independent accommodation,many thanks.

    The breakfast was very good quality produce,we received a very warm,friendly reception.The rooms were clean,fresh the towels and bedding was spotless.Its a very old building so it’s not perfect,but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it…also it’s a few minutes walk to the town.

    It has a decent size parking area on a huge plot,it’s somewhat overgrown,so l think the garden area could be improved to the benefit of the property ,the access to the lower garden area could be improved for less able people and pushchairs etc…which would be a worthwhile project.We saw a roe buck deer in the hedgerow…beautiful.

    Overnight stay

    We were greeted by a very friendly chap who showed us to our rooms. Room was very clean, was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. We had a drink in the bar and the locals were very friendly.

    Nothing to dislike, it was just an overnight stay.
