Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. Just ONE DAY before our scheduled check-in, the property representative informed us that they could not accommodate us due to “technical issues in the studio you rented because of the recent extreme weather conditions.” The full amount for the reservation had already been charged on the night we made the booking, yet despite the property cancelling our stay, our money has STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED. We were left without the accommodation we had booked and paid for at the very last minute. What makes the situation even worse is the extremely poor communication. The property was not active on Booking.com for some time, and our messages are answered only after significant delays. We have been told that the refund will be made by September 28, but why September 28 if booking was made on 17-Aug? Having to wait weeks for a refund after the property itself cancelled the reservation is completely unacceptable. I am now in contact with Booking.com Customer Support and hope they will help resolve this matter and ensure that my money is finally returned. Based on this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this property. Last-minute cancellation, money withheld for weeks, and extremely poor communication - this is not the level of service anyone should expect after making a confirmed and fully paid reservation. As of now - today 18 September - I see message under this my feedback from apartment: Hello, you have been fully refunded. But I have not been refunded yet. And you don't even reply to my messages ))))

Perfect for one night-two nights stay
Fine location, 20 mins walk to Cathedral, shops nearby
there is a bathtub, but you cannot stand there, which is not so convenient, but it’s fine in general.

Top pour une nuit à Gand.
En général très bien, propre et assez pratique.
La salle de bain un peu petite pas pratique et manque une porte à la douche.
