Very nice breakfast included. Great location to Washington Street mall and area shops and restaurants. Free parking. Lovely porch to rock, people watch and enjoy a glass of wine. Overall a great place.

Breakfast was exceptional and we loved the private table seating. Rooms very clean and cute. The dormer windows need repair. The staff was mostly pleasant. Some not so warm and friendly but orhers always smiling and pleasant. Location is perfect. All in all, very nice place to stay.

We have stayed here a few times and love the convenience of being a short walk from everything we like to do. The property is beautiful and we love sitting on the front porch for tea!

Great location, good breakfast but the room was very run down. Large, Dark stain on the carpet next to the bed. Dusty furnishing and very worn out. Place was tidy but not clean. And it was evident in the reception parlor also. I would not stay there a second time.
