    Tranquil and Charming Retreat

    Myself and my partner wanted a quiet getaway for the weekend and I found this charming property and it was an absolute haven for some peace and quiet. When we arrived there was parking right outside the door, the keys were easy to grab from the lock box and inside it was spotless. It had wonderful views out the bedroom window which was large, had an upstairs bathroom with a really nice shower and large illuminated mirror, which needed to be switched on but then you just waved your hand over the side to switch the light on and off so now wet hands touching anything. It was well equipped, had games, DVD's books, television on a wall bracket with Sky TV and a really comfy sofa that had blankets for chilly nights. There is a nice pub just up the road but Salisbury isn't too far in the car so we popped down there for a meal on the night we arrived. There was some fresh milk in the fridge for us plus plenty of things like tea and coffee and a microwave if you want a quick meal instead of cooking. Was nice sitting out at the table to have a glass of wine. There is a telescope in the bedroom and some binoculars if you want to look at the stars or wildlife. Was such a lovely stay, just what we were looking for away from all the noise and crowds, didn't get to meet the hosts as they were out for the evening but they kept in contact via text. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

    Nothing, only downside is we were only there for a weekend stay but hope to return in the future for a longer stay away from everything.
