The Downtown Ace is definitely your home away from home when visiting Southern Pines.

Downtown Ace is a great choice for lodging while staying in Southern Pines. It is conveniently located to downtown with its restaurants and shops and also other attractions in the area. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. For coffee drinkers, the coffee bar is a delight. Although we did not have small children or teenagers, we were impressed with the game room and the children’s play area. The fenced and private backyard with chairs, a table and a grill are also great features of this property. The hostess responded to our requests in a timely manner. We will definitely stay in the Downtown Ace during our next visit!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property.

Worked perfectly for our family! Would highly recommend!

Well supplied with essentials, fun garage space and yard. Well decorated. Generous supply of coffee pods. Very comfortable. Responsive host.

The AC takes a long time to cool . The upstairs unit shut off midday automatically and took hours to cool back down. Some cleanliness issues- mostly in the garage. Exterior trash can was almost full upon arrival. I would recommend getting a lamp for the living room, probably on the entry table. :-)
