    Good location & private parking- poorly maintained property

    The house is very close to the Panormou Metro station, grocery stores, cafeterias and restaurants. Location is the best part about this house along with fact that it has a private parking spot.

    The property was not functional, particularly the bathroom, and provided only the bare minimum in terms of amenities and supplies. More importantly, there was significant visible mold in the bathroom, exposed electrical wiring, and unstable structural elements. Overall, the property felt cheaply constructed and poorly maintained, with several issues that raised serious health and safety concerns.
