    Lovely room and well serviced. Excellent food too and we couldn't fault the location

    A bit of a wait for meals , nothing serious and it was worth waiting for. Maria in particular was excellent

    Disappointing and will not to be recommended.

    Room was fine, food was mediocre and staff often overwhelmed in the bar.

    Wifi, which is advertised on the hotel website was not functioning at all. Staff said wifi had been 'down' for weeks. No mention of this was made at check in which is deceitful.

    Great stay.

    The whole experience was exceptional, and we would recommend the hotel to anyone who appreciates good food, service, and a really nice room with value for money.

    Nice place to stay but think option of paying in cash should be available. Will put me and other off

    Heating was not working but staff were excellent in trying to sort it out, no luck but an extra duvet was found. No standby heater available. Lighting too low to read Cash not accepted Pricing not consistent, colleague who stayed at same time but booked earlier paid less
