    Location and house were really nice. Really comfortable upstairs area and easy walk into town

    Downstairs toilet only the annoying thing with the IR sensor in the toilet. Would be better if it had a switch so you could turn it off when not in use because it goes for a while and can hear in the bedroom.

    Great location, close to the beach and away from the busy shopping complex. Still walking distance to get our groceries and the cafes.

    First, I'd like to thank Mario who went above and beyond to bring me the garage remote control, and I think this is the kind of management you want for a seamless holiday experience. However, the calling centre or some outsourcing customer service line was quite ordinary, very vague responses, and couldn't careless about what questions were. This is a great property, please choose your customer service team to reflect the service you are actually providing.
