    Great location but no air conditioning in the bedroom.

    Perfect location. Great full size kitchen. Lovely large balcony.

    We had a one bedroom apartment on level 3. The bed was a queen not a king size. It was also quite firm. We found this uncomfortable as we are used to a king size bed. Also, there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a big split system in the living room however it is impossible for it to cool the bedroom. The bedroom has a ceiling fan but it was very noisy so we couldn’t run it and sleep at the same time. We found it quite warm and therefore did not sleep well. I do not recommend for anyone that likes a cool bedroom to sleep in. You also can’t open the bedroom window as it opens up to a hallway where the lift is.

    Overall a beautiful unit and location,

    The property was fabulous, great location, renovated nicely, furnishings were great.

    There was a terrible smell of either smelly drains or mould in the main bedroom, it was so over powering that we had to sleep with all the doors and windows wide open in the middle of winter. There was also renovations taking place in the unit next door which we were not advised of even when we checked into the unit. It sounded like jackhammering off tiles all afternoon Friday and most of Saturday, this made it so unpleasant that we could not stay in the unit. Upon check out we were accused of leaving a red stain on the rug which was already in the unit when we arrived, we were advised that we would be charged for this via text message. This felt pretty awful and poor communication on behalf of management was really the biggest downfall of our stay. In saying that if this was improved and the smell was addressed I would highly recommend staying here.
