    Great facilities, comfort, design. Nice base for touring E.Gippsland. Good local walks. Quiet.

    Overlooked by other beachfront properties with views obstructed. But none of other nearby houses were occupied when we stayed, so privacy no problem. Also not a place to stay for swimming on the nearby beach, which is very wild and a long way down the dunes.

    Delightful Dunes stay!

    Incredible views from the bedroom and lounge area. Beautiful modern layout. Love the open plan design, the kitchen is great, the fire place magical. Great furnishings and comfortable bed. 10 out of 10.
