    I would not repeat the experience.

    There were two aspects which met the expectations I had based on the reviews: - location: walking distance from Tottenham station - host’s responsiveness: Freddy made himself available regardless the hour of my message (and I had to text him around midnight during my first day at the property).

    I have no problem with the facilities but the cleanliness was the wrong surprise I ever had with an accommodation. Not sure what happened in our case as the reviews I have read before making the booking clearly indicates different experiences (and I am not sensitive). A big stain on our bed sheet (with texture) clearly indicated the bed lining was not changed. There was also hair on the sheets and other stains + the pillows were sprayed with perfume. The toilet was dirty literally everywhere as well and one towel had boogers on it. Dust and insects were not a big problem if the sheets would have been changed. I contacted Freddy for new sheets, in half an hour he brought them and I changed the old ones myself.
