    A few facilities were suboptimal but overall very decent accommodation

    Spacious, clean, easy door lock with code, nice AC, good washing machine, cozy living/dining room, good beds, good water pressure and temperature, cute garden, nice neighborhood, very close to bus stop, not too far from groceries, no creepy bugs (which I've heard is common in Australia?)

    broken dryer, 2 out of 3 bathrooms were very small (cramped when showering, but usable), the other bathroom had a broken shower-head (it came off the wall and fell on someone), some will say the feng shui is bad especially in the attic bedroom, the microwave doesn't rotate, the dishwasher wasn't powerful enough to properly clean the dishes on its own, couldn't reach the host through text messages but they replied through Booking.com which I didn't notice in time (my bad, but good to know)

    Very good

    Look and styling. Access to amenities.

    Only one standard aircon unit for kitchen living. Ceiling fan was ok but not the greatest either
