    Having stayed at The Ecstasy Hotel, Gomti Nagar, previously - I was surprised by the noticeable decline in standards. Cleanliness, particularly in the lifts and lobbies, was disappointing, and the food left much to be desired. While I enjoyed my stay overall, the shortcomings were difficult to overlook. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, not a luxury. Management needs to realise that complacency is the quickest route from excellence to mediocrity.

    Certain common areas were kept untidy, especially the lift and the corridors. Due to the ongoing renovation a lot of noise during the rest hours and the Management did not even bother to inform us about the same.

    Location is good but the property is baf

    Location and food

    The lobbies are noisy at night. The front office staff is rude. The housekeeping uses stained sheets, had to buy my own sheets from blinkit. No dedicated parking. One of the worst hotels iv stayed in.
