  So many issues went wrong

  Location was outside of gatlinburg loved the peacefulness

  We had so many issues at this property that at some point we stopped complaining and they stopped being attentive to the issues,starting at this property is definitely NOT CLEAN! Stained rugs that need to be thrown out,dirty walls,windows,broken handles etc,they offered cleaning crew to come by ,but the never sent one…and I stopped asking for one and we went ahead and fully cleaned ourselves had to change the linen since they didn’t even put it on correctly…sheet was on the whole blanket covered everything instead of being on the maythen blanket,flat sheet etc…we had to fold towels from the dryer they left a smelly wet washing machine with towels and linen from previous tenants well…so we had to take care of that too… All in all not a best feeling to come in to such a property We came in there was NO WIFI,the company came the next day to switch a new modem and tried contacting the owner to get permission to switch a new router since that was not working as well…no response we were left with little to NO WIFI for to full weeks of our stay…on top of that stove stopped working the day of preparing for a birthday that we got together at this place and we had NO ACCESS to the panel to switch back on the stove ,despite them trying to explain they did not mention the closed the door to the panel with a full blown wooded wall screwed in and there was no way to open it by ourselves…so we were left with no dinner stuck with meats,steaks halfway cooked and left to a restaurant,after all that how water stopped and they DID NOTHING to replace the hot water tank till the rest of our stay!! We were left with NO HOT WATER for five full days!no one came ,no one checked,and barely any response to try to resolve the issue… So if your trying to have a half vacation ruined with so many issues go ahead and book this property Otherwise please look somewhere else…

  It was away from town, quiet, convenient location.

  No hot for 2 days, wifi didn't work, door handle fell off top floor sliding door.

  My stay was pretty great!

  Some things were broken which isn’t a big deal. The water pressure in the showers weren’t great at all and in some of the bedrooms, the outlets didn’t work

  I loved almost everything about the place, the view was amazing, the place looked modern and clean.

  It is a good cabin for the price

  It was big and hand enough room for the whole family. The secret room was cool for the kids.

  the stove top was broken. Every 2 days I had to get a new door code.

  I liked the nature & wildlife experience. Fair price point for the space for our (10) guest. I didn’t like the overall condition of the property. Broken & outdated appliances. Poor & unsafe outside lighting/parking. Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out.
