    Did not meet expectations

    The best thing about the property was the house Manager, she was so helpful both prior to and on the day of our stay which makes me feel awful for the scores submitted but we were disappointed with the quality of the apartment given the reviews available for it are so good. The size of the property was also good.

    Unfortunately the property did not match our expectations particularly in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. It looked really nice on the surface and when you first walk in. The bathroom, sinks, towels and bedding were clean, however the rest of the property needs a really good deep clean. The floor, skirting and carpets all need attention. Outside of the living room it gave us student accommodation vibes which was not what we were expecting.

    Fabulous little gem!

    Clean, spacious modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen (all mod cons). Essentials all included which was great! Location fab. We will definitely return.

    Wet room shower - elderly parents felt this was a little unsafe as nothing to hold onto and were worried about slipping.

    Southport stay

    Apartment exceeded our expectations. It was our first visit to Southport and we enjoyed the various eateries, shops and found the King's garden really good both ourselves and our two dogs. All in all a good Holiday, Eden apt made it extra special and we would definitely return.
