The staff member who checked us in was exceptional.

The price is way too high for the service and accommodation provided. It was also impersonal.

    The location and the building

    1. Our room was supposed to have a queen size bed. It was a double bed, not queen size. 2. The mattress was too hard (and uncomfortable) 3. The inn description did not mention that there was NO elevator. No help was available upon arrival to help us carry luggage to the top floor, even though all guests on that day were elderly. 4. Breakfast included omelet. No vegan option was available when I asked for a vegetable omelette.
