    It wasn’t worth the money

    Location and free parking

    It was a bit grubby, the kitchen had a terrible odour, the bathroom had mould, there was no tea/coffee facilities except some old hard coffee granules. The carpet was disgustingly filthy and the sofa was uncomfortable .

    Poor customer service and unclean, unkempt flat

    Not much attention to detail, care, thought or effort put in for our stay and getting replies from Dominique was a struggle. Backdoor was unlocked when we arrived, not a great start. An almost empty hand-wash container in the bathroom. So we had to swap it with the quarter full hand-wash container from the kitchen. Fans, shelves, cupboards very dusty Carpet stained and dirty throughout Bed sheets, linen and sofas stained and dusty Back yard bins overflowing, rubbish bags and other rubbish in the backyard. Windows dirty and dusty from inside and outside.

    The Airbnb was very clean had homely feel to it was very spacious, The location was great close to city centre, plenty of things to see and do , would stay here again if i came to cardiff again 😀

    The only thing i would have is blind or curtain in the bedroom which was missing,
