This place has so much charm, centrally located with coffee, great food, yoga, Orangetheory all within walking distance.
Love the location. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. The house itself has a great floor plan, is updated, yet still has a classic craftsman feel to it. Centrally located with coffee, great food, yoga, Orangetheory all within walking distance.
The internet cuts out frequently. Trying to work from the house, I wasn’t able to do video calls.

Chic, animal lover pics, a bit more expensive then other places in the area
we love the location because it was 3blocks for our daughter place near Westminster. Super responsive, comfortable, adorable place.
Was more expensive then other houses in Sugarhouse. Living room layout not conducive for family hanging out. A d more expensive then other houses in the area.

good location - upstairs shower was very nice, having outdoor seating and off street parking was good
Quite a bit of street noise morning and end of work day as is right on a busy street. Okay during the night. Outdoor furniture was not very clean and looked like something had chewed up one of the cushions.
