    Very spacious with loads of storage and very clean. Very well-equipped with plenty of pans, crockery and utensils although a few more mugs wouldn't have gone amiss. Lovely park with playground just over the quiet road and the busy high street is a three minute walk for coffee, op shops, Coles and tram stop. Elsternwick station is 12 minute walk - Google maps doesn't normally offer train options but we found the 67 tram very slow so it's worth looking at routes from the station as well.

    Very impersonal. Booking was with "Abby" but in all honesty I don't think they were a real person(!) and there were a lot of messages reminding us of check in, check out and we had to sign a Short Term Rental Agreement after we'd booked and paid which included saying "Guests must not make any noise". So I'm not sure whether it was completely legit? There were also loads of keys that took ages to get in each time as they weren't labelled. Had thought we were booking with a small local business, but it didn't really feel like it.
