Beautiful grounds and rooms
The sofa bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable

A beautiful building in great surrounding. Very friendly staff and food was great. Views from the room over the garden.
Room was ok but no air-conditioning and fan supplied would fall over if not propped up. There was a wedding going on over the few days of our stay which mean they seemed to have the run of the hotel and everyone else had to make do. 2nd morning we had to eat breakfast in an other room, which had half the choice and facilities of the main dining room, again due to the wedding party taking over the dining room

Lovely stay which was let down by breakfast.
Great location with absolutely stunning grounds. Our room in the stables was lovely but very small. Plenty of parking spaces.
Breakfast was terrible. It was burnt, lukewarm and had literally been dumped on the plate. Both the teapot and coffee pot were cracked and the breakfast set up was poor, the area needs modernising, it is very dated. The staff at breakfast were not very good either. Needless to say we didn't bother with breakfast on the second morning.
