  Vocês precisarem respeitar mais os clientes.

  Da localização.

  Não gostamos porque não tinha sequer um conjunto de panelas para cozinhar e nós já alugamos a casa por conta disso. Também não gostamos do colchão, afundava e deixava a coluna doendo. Acho que já está na hora de ser trocado. Acredito que seria bom deixar as instruções para uso do ar condicionado central. Muito frio, ficou desconfortável.

  It was overall pleasant except for the time wasted waiting for our door code to work and the water l

  The rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed although it would have been nice to have a kettle for tea and no-one drank filtered coffee. It would have been good to get more towels as well for our stay. We stayed 7 nights and only had 2 towels for showering and we couldn't dry them easily. It was great having the rooms well away from each other. Having. Walsgreens close by and the little shops was very handy.

  We were given code prior to the arrival and the gate code and door code worked the first night. On our second day the door code did not work on apartment #75. We could not get a hold of the owner and we had just been grocery shopping and had to walk to another apartment behind us to leave our groceries there as we had other places to go. When we returned we still could not get into our apartment. We found a contact number for the owner and they did not respond quickly to us. Then out of the blue the door open and we were given a new code which worked for the rest of our stay. Also there was a huge leak in the kitchen area above the bench. You could see from the ceiling that there was an old crack that had been sealed but was coming apart and when it rained on our second day there the leak started to increase with water dropping onto the bench. We did not have the capacity to dry it all up as we only had a limited amount of towels. It was also too far away from the Orange County Convention Centre and we had to Uber each day due to the heat and humidity.

  A couple of things I wasn’t a fan of, but overall it was a good stay.

  The decor and location of the property was awesome. Everything was updated and beautiful. The house did appear clean and well kept.

  We unfortunately never received the code to enter the home or the resort. I had to call and message multiple times at 930 PM (our arrival time) to access the property. I messaged a few days prior to request a later check out, and did not receive a response. The house did have a smell to it, almost mildew/musty. And there was a couple cockroaches that appeared in the kitchen two out of the four nights we stayed. The water dispenser in the fridge also did not work.

  A lovely property that met our family needs perfectly.

  Superb property nicely furnished.

  Ease of contact with owners. Beds were not changed when we arrived. Iron was missing from the inventory - took two days to get replacement. Lace curtains at french doors in lounge not ironed - this slightly diminished the feel of the room, which otherwise was superb.
