    Quiet, pleasant.

    The bed felt comfortable, the room was clean and well laid-out. The neighborhood felt friendly and welcoming. The host was helpful and attentive.

    I was on the 1st floor, so it did not feel exactly private. But it worked. The mattress: much too tall, making the covers too short. I don't see the point of the mattress being so tall. Unnecessary, IMO.

    Excellent location, but noisy air condition

    The location is excellent, really ocean front and at the edge of downtown. The facility is clean and the room is spacious. The in room coffee tastes good.

    The day we arrived was the hottest day in Morro bay. The outside unit of air condition of next room was noisy and on and off through the evening, bothering our sleep.
