Room was ok but needed a hoover. Not been done for a few days. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was included in price, but failed to mention not a hot meal. Cereals, yogurt and toast only. Cooked breakfast was extra. No mention of this when booking. Staff were pleasant. Room with balcony had very good views. No venue parking, just in the public car park across the way. Overall 3/5.

9/10
The hotel is lovely. Clean and fresh and a very relaxed atmosphere due to the staff being so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a great view and everything in it. Lovely en-suite tv hair dryer etc but the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Very hard. That was a shame as after a long drive I was looking forward to a comfy sleep but instead had little sleep. That said if you like a hard mattress then it’s perfect. I would still give it a 9/10 for everything else

Nothing to complain about !
Great stay. Bit disappointed that a full cooked breakfast is no longer included but Continental offering was of a very high quality

Spot on room with a large balcony, only downside was the breakfast cereal box was 6 months out of date, the boxes were soon taken away.
