    Very unpleasant!

    We paid for a kings room and ended up in a queen. Kings room shower drain didn’t work. Had a mess as a result. Manager didn’t arrange for cleaning! Moved us to a queen room on a different floor at 11pm. Manager attitude was we’ll comp you the room for one night and that should be sufficient. We were celebrating our 55 th anniversary and nothing went well for us at Evergreen! Will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend the facility to any of our friends. Management view appeared to us to be non chalant, we have a full hotel so what if one couple had a bad stay.
