    Very nicely decorated and well equipped

    Far too hot. Only one fan available in the bedroom. Only small windows which were difficult to reach.

    Traffic noise throughout night - cars and motorbikes speeding round the town. Also alarm on a building opposite repeatedly going off during the night. Obviously these matters not under control of owner.
