Everything about the place was outstanding, this had been the second time that my family and I stayed at the Executive house. It is our go to place in Newcastle

I selected "smoke preference" room, this option was available on the booking, this is the reason for booking with this unit instead of others, when I requested via the "talk to host" I did not get a reply. when guests arrived they were informed "smoking not allowed" not happy with this. to date still waiting response from the "host"
