    The host was very responsive, modern and clean facilities, great beds and sofa. Dryer and washing machine, a dishwasher. An aircon and towel dryers in the room to keep you warm on winter days. We didn't smell the sulphur there. Tranquil place with a grocery store next door.

    While it's a 30 minutes walk to the city center, you might benefit from renting a car. But that's probably true for the majority of places in Rotorua and not a downside of the property itself. Nice parking available for a car too.

    Clean and comfortable, good facilities

    Clean and it is exactly the same as the photos

    There is a no gate for human can pass, only main gate that is open from the centre to two sides right and left for a car which I had to get off the car and manually open everytime going in and out

    Super clean a spacious property

    The place was so clean. I am so happy we came across this property because on a rainy day we were stuck inside all day but it felt like home. Washer and drier also helped a lot. Super happy with this place.
