Picked this location because it’s close to my parents
Location is close to my parents house.
There were no garbage bags in the apartment. The drywall damage under the television that was there the last time I stayed their 6 months ago had not been repaired along with a large square section of the drywall in the kitchen area that had been cut out above the cabinet, above the fridge.

Would recommend, maybe a spot check on the cleaning aspect would be beneficial to the owners
Location was good, apart from lack of parking and noise, apartment was lovely, would recommend to friends and stay again
Your cleaning team could do better, cobwebs above the shower area and in around the light shade in the entrance hallway, also a lot of dust on skirting boards, cutlery not cleaned properly.
