    A friendly welcoming hotel with a personal touch.

    Welcoming hosts who made our stay very easy, comfortable and enjoyable. Location was great - very near to St Annes square and the train station. The bed was really comfortable.

    Jason and Melanie were two lovely people. I was recovering from surgery and nothing was too much trouble for them.

    We really enjoyed our stay.The location was great 5 minutes from the station.The breakfast was lovely and the hosts Jason and Melanie were amazing.Thanks for a great stay.
