    A equipe é excelente e a localização também. A estrutura do hotel é linda, mas os protocolos do hotel são muito antiguados, de forma que a estadia em si fica um pouco desagradável.

    Todo hotel que vou hoje em dia já tem água potável para os hóspedes, por exemplo, e esse hotel ainda está no molde antigo de cobrar por água. Eu também odiei a forma de pagamento: prefiro fazer tudo pelo booking e parcelar ali na plataforma, mas o hotel não te fala isso no anúncio e ainda cobra do jeito que eles querem: 50% no ato e o restante parcela. Bem desagradável uma vez que isso é oculto na plataforma do booking e você somente fica sabendo quando chega no hotel.
