    The staff were friendly and helpful from reception waiters, waitresses and domestics. I can't rate them highly enough as staff can make or break a hotel.The lounge area is welcoming and relaxing with amazing views. Everything that we needed and didn't know we needed was available throughout the hotel. The smallest detail added to a very pleasurable stay.

    If we had to pick a negative, the restaurant was very busy on one night that we chose to eat there. In my opinion there was not enough staff catering for the number of diners so the wait was slightly longer than it should of been and no direction for seatat the tables. If a table is reserved, perhaps a small sign to indicate this.

    Specious and comfortable room, great breakfast with a sea view and vegan options. Handy for Falmouth Docks station. Walkable to the town centre. Most staff very friendly
