Lovely place to stay in Somerset
Lovely property on a working farm, incredibly peaceful and chilled. The location is great for visiting the surrounding areas, with Lyme Regis, Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral each an hour's drive away respectively.
Nothing - all was really good 😊

Very good, could have been better with a little more attention to detail and not being tight with the things that don’t
Well appointed, in general clean. Warm, all of the stuff you need there apart from milk (tiny jug) and shower gel (a miniature bottle). The Trough restaurant on site was superb and appeared to be hugely popular with local people.
The bathroom and bedroom were immaculately clean. Kitchen seems to have hit a bit of a glitch, crumbs in the fridge and on the floor - we put this down to an oversight. Access to the apartment from the car park would be better served by steps. The area from car park should also be fully paved or you end up, as we did, bringing in stone muck into the apartment when you bring all of your stuff in. One TINY bottle of shower gel for 2 people for 2 nights paying £400 for their stay - come on even Travelodge give you shower gel. We had to go and buy some from a local shop as we had assumed it would be provided. In 2026 you should also have car charging facilities on the site somewhere.

Averal very good experience
Very modern and quite location
Thin walls could hear next door arguing for an hour and no chopping board in the kitchen area

Lovely
Really beautiful apartment.. well designed and well equipped Lovely views across the countryside. I liked that you could wake up and through the huge picture window sit and admire a lovely view from my bed
The only downside for me.. and its a personal thing.. the laundry.. towels and bedding were perfumed with some laundry conditioner. I find it affects my breathing.. but other than that its a beautiful place
