  Great hotel - but the staff make it exceptional!

  We spent a few days at The Farnam after driving in from Texas to drop our son off at college, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The exceptional service began before we even arrived. I called several days ahead about arranging a delivery to the hotel, and Camille took detailed notes and made sure the rest of the staff knew to expect it. When we arrived, Dereck —valet, bellman, and concierge extraordinaire—met us at the car. From that first interaction, he remembered our names and consistently made us feel genuinely welcome. Sam at the front desk was equally wonderful, taking great care to find us a fabulous room that met all our needs and continuing to greet us by name throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels this personal. The staff at The Farnam made an already special trip even more memorable.

  It was more than we expected and we highly recommend this hotel!

  Beautiful hotel in pristine condition. Excellent service from the moment we stepped out of our car to valet park for our three day stay to check in for our beautiful large, clean and incredibly comfortable room. We were on the top floor with a spectacular view of the city, Missouri River and incredibly beautiful city park below. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The restaurant, the Dynamite Grill, had excellent food for the breakfasts and dinner we ate at the hotel. The wait staff was excellent, as well. The bell and valet staff were exceptional! The entire hotel staff ran this place like a 10! We will return. Thank you

  Easily the Best/Nicest Hotel in Omaha

  Lovely upscale hotel with modern-forward design. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive and rooms are first rate - large and well-appointed with premium bedding. Adjacency to the Old District and its many restaurants and bars make this THE hotel for a stay in Omaha.

  Best Hotel

  I travel two weeks out of the month and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. I have to say that the Farnam in Omaha is the top. Absolutely the nicest people I have ever had the chance to meet. Alyssa in the front desk/registration was incredible. She is the type of professional that any company would love to have. Not only does she excel at her job she is incredibly helpful. A true gem for The Farnam. I was welcomed by Derrick as I arrived. Over the top personality. Incredible people. The hotel is a 10. The rooms are excellent, the restaurant and bar excellent as well. If you are visiting Omaha The Farnam is the place to stay.

  A night in Omaha

  What a great find of an exceptional hotel in the heart of Omaha. As always, it’s the staff; this place’s staff is truly superb, especially Sam. With one Sunday night stay, we experienced their premium suite/room: City Visionary. A corner suite on the 7th floor with floor to ceiling windows, and starts with a living room with wet bar and granite topped island (with separate heating & cooling controls). Lovely, large, double sink bath, with hand wand and rain shower (large enough for 2+). King size bed down the hall with an excellent mattress, wrap-around views and wonderful lighting. A must stay! Located near plenty of entertainment and dining options. Only knock is hidden or limited garbage cans. Enjoy!
