    Locatie excelenta. Chiar in centru. Dar trebuie aa fi bun detectiv sa iti dai seama unde este.

    Pozele sunt facute cand a fost renovat probabil, dar mai trebuie investut si atentie la detalii. Adica intrarea este horor o usa veche, daca ii dai una cade, trebuiw mers pe acele table si toata noaptea auzi zgomotul celor care se plimba pe ele. Curatenie exterior zero. La interior se face o curatenie superficiala. Perdelele cred ca au ani buni de cand nu au fist spalate. Lenjeria si prosoapele sunt esentiale sa fie albe. Nu va asreptati. Caldura nu, este contrilat termistatul si vetu face frigul. Geamuri de lemn vechi. Camera nu are niciodata 60 mp. Deci in concluzie doar banii sunt importanti imbunatatiri zero. Pacat de locatie
